Albatros Apartments Zagreb are located next to the Hospital Dubrava, Novačka 7A and Oporovečka street 141, they are modern and newly equipped apartments of private accommodation, perfect for daily rest, short-term stays and longer stays. Our Apartments are very suitable for staying when visiting the furniture store Ikea.

Also, we will refer you to the agencies that organize tours around the city and surrounding area, to the Plitvice lakes and other natural attractions, the agencies with which you can hike to Sljeme or near Zagreb, ski in the winter, go cycling, rafting, take dancing lessons, visit dance nights.
We will give you information about the gastro offer of Zagreb, cultural events, medical services, all to make you feel special and to make your visit to the city of Zagreb unforgettable.
Albatros apartments are new and very well equipped with all the appliances and equipment that will make your stay pleasant and comfortable.
The apartment has a living room, a bedroom, a spacious bathroom and a hallway. There are two balconies on opposite sides with lovely views of the surrounding area. The living room has a part with a comfortable sofa and a TV with a wide range of programs.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, stove with oven, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, set of dishes and a dining area.
The bedroom is comfortable, spacious and airy, with a bed 160 x 200 cm, nightstands with lamps and alarm clock, spacious wardrobe and side-table with chairs. The bedroom has exit to the long balcony with a beautiful view of the quiet green garden.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub with shower, sink, toilet, washing machine, radiator, lighted bathroom cabinet with electrical outlet for razor and hair dryer.
In the hallway there is a large closet where you can put your jackets and shoes and find slippers. The apartment is equipped with a TV, cable and Wi-Fi internet access, a portable radio receiver with CD player, iron and ironing board, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner and additional bed for children.

Our Studio apartment A2 is located at Oporovečka 141 on the first floor of the new building. The building is located in a quiet street but very close to one of the main roads of Dubrava, next to the supermarket Lidl. Nearby are the Hospital Dubrava, shopping center Garden Mall, Dubrava market, stores of the big supermarket chains. The building is easily accessible by bus and tram.
The apartment features a hall with wardrobe, spacious modern bathroom with washing machine, living and sleeping space with a double bed, a dining room next to the kitchen equipped with all the necessary elements and appliances and a small beautiful balcony for enjoying in the fresh air.
The apartment has a TV, free wi-fi and air conditioning. An iron, ironing board, clothes horse, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner are also available to use during a longer stays.
Sports and recreation center Klaka with many sports courts is also located near the apartment as well as the vast bicycle routes and the apartment offers you accommodation of bicycles in the storage.
For all guests we have private parking which is completely free.
For stays longer time, we can offer a discount, which can be achieved when leaving the apartments if the stay passed respecting all the rules of staying in our apartments.
In the case of longer stay,the sheets and towels are changed weekly and the apartment is cleaned if the guests havent done ther cleaning themselvs.
When checking out, guests are reguired to leave the apartment clean and tidy as it was when they checked in. Otherwise, final and each cleaning will be charged in the amount of 150 HRK.
The accommodation service is paid immediately upon arrival, on the first day of accommodation use.
VAT is not calculated – natural person is not registered for VAT pursuant to Article 90 of the Value Added Tax Act, and the residence tax is paid in lump sum.

Albatros Apartments are located only a few minutes of walk from the tram station in Dubrava. Nearby is the Hospital Dubrava, and a few tram stops away, or about 5 minutes by car, you can reach the Hospital Rebro.
Also, nearby is the popular Shopping center Garden Mall, cemetery Mirosevac, the Faculty of Agriculture, the Faculty of Forestry and, little further, the Faculty of Economics.
Near the apartment there are the famous park Maksimir and Zagreb Zoo, with fascinating gardens, lakes, walkways, trails for jogging and diverse flora and fauna. It is one of the attractions that we always recommend our guests to visit and they are always impressed by the beauty and amenities of the park and the zoo.
For those who love sports and football, and perhaps are fans of Dinamo football club, our location is ideal for walking to the stadium. It is the only option during Dinamo's or the Croatia national football team's matches when the traffic in Maksimirska street is restricted.
Near the apartment you can find various famous restaurants, clubs, places to go and experience Zagreb nightlife, and the center is reachable quickly and easily.
